OUTDOOR FITNESS CLASSES FOR ALL LEVELS
Keep your workout going all through the fall! Classes offer great outdoor workouts designed for YOUR group! Join a group that has already formed or contact us to form one in your neck of the woods!
Boot Camp 101, North Hill Hood (Solon): It's ON!!
- Wednesday, 9:30 am SHARP
- 1 hour long classes with strength and cardio conditioning
- ALL FITNESS LEVELS
- 5 week session
- Meet at the tennis courts in North Hill (off of SOM between Cannon and Miles Roads)
- If class is cancelled due to weather, it will be cancelled by 9AM and e-mails will be sent out
- Specials Running Now: 6 Classes for $72, 8 Classes for $88 (North Hill Hoodies Special!)
- Participants need to bring 5 pound weights and a mat. If you don't have those, you can purchase both on first day of class for $20
- If you have not already done so, go to "Forms" on this website, fill out and print applicable ones, and bring with you on Wednesday

Running the Stairs on Saturday
- New comers welcome!
- Solon HS Track, Saturdays, 7:00-8:00am
- Cardio and strength conditioning on the track
- ALL FITNESS LEVELS
- Let us know you are coming--in case of rain we can contact you!

How to get a class started in your neighborhood:
- Find a group of friends who want to get in shape. (Minimum of 5!)
- Schedule a free class with us by filling out form on right above
- Create a schedule with your group and your trainer
- If you are really motivated, join our Biggest Winner Competition and see which one of you will get training for free!

- The Biggest Winner is a program designed to keep you working out on your own when class is not in session
- Co-reate a customized program with fitness and nutrition that is geared towards your lifestyle with a certified trainer
- Track your progress weekly at classes or virtually
- Earn points for doing what YOU SAID you'd do!
- Winner is the participant with the most points at the end, and gets their money back!
- $50 per session, minimum of 3 to participate
