Success Story: Craig de Fasselle

Our webmaster hired us shortly after we hired him. Craig was already exercising quite a bit, but not achieving any success in dealing with a life-long weight problem.

After evaluating him thoroughly, we made the following changes to his routine:

  • Decreased the overall time he was spending on cardio exercise
  • Slowed the speed, but increased the resistance, of the cardio (applying intervals on a stationary bike and elliptical trainer)
  • Got him to count calories
  • Added strength training three times a week

Working with Traci and Angie has been fantastic. To me, the changes they made have not been particularly difficult, but the results have been FANTASTIC!

I started losing weight in July 2010; as of November 5, 2011, I've lost 130 lbs (and counting). My goal WAS to lose 140 lbs. total, and I ACHEIVED it in Nov (will post a final picture at some point in the future)
