Class Outline

Every class is fun! We always do a warm-up first and a cool-down last.

Every week, we focus on something different like: balance, flexibility, strength and cardiovascular exercises. This is so I'll understand how my body functions during an activity.

Angie is one of the teachers. She is really nice. It is her goal to teach the importance of basic fitness and good habits to live with.

Angie works really hard to help us understand how the body functions during physical activity and the importance of staying fit.

Step Right Up

Some days we exercise on a step or use fun equipment like an exercise ball. Sometimes we run around the track or do strength training using our own body weight.

Whatever we do, Angie incorporates cool games into every class to make exercising fun!


Our energetic classes will strengthen muscles, build endurance and increase flexibility through cardiorespiratory and strength training. Classes will consist of proper warm-up and cool down techniques, rhythmic routines, obstacles and games. Exercise will be promoted in a fun, non-threatening, non-competitive environment. Children will benefit with improved motor skills, self image, self-confidence and an understanding of the importance of staying physically fit. Physically active children will lower their risk for becoming obese, developing depression, tension and chronic health diseases. Classes are taught by certified instructors.
