Holly Zager

Holly Zager began practicing yoga in 1998 to reduce stress while working as a school social worker in Chicago. She found a very regular pre and postnatal practice between and 2003 and 2005 while pregnant with her two daughters. In 2008, Holly discovered Power Vinyasa Yoga and connected to it immediately. Initially it was for the physical benefits, however, she unexpectedly developed a deeper connection to her spirit and learned new tools for a healthy and balanced life, such as mindfulness and self-control. In the first half of 2010, Holly completed her 200 hour RYT teacher training at Cleveland Yoga and has the privilege to learn from wonderful teachers everyday, on and off her mat. Students will find her class to be challenging and empowering, and, at the same time, fun and sweaty! They will find a deeper connection to their mind and body as well as a calm determination to be present and committed. Holly resides in Solon with her husband, Steve, and two beautiful daughters Hillary and Sari.
