Total Customized Fitness, LLC offers a variety of fitness opportunities from group to private training, matching clients with the best content for them.  If we do not currently offer what will work the best for you, then we will create it or find a trainer/gym for you!

All programs are modified to fitness levels and can occur anywhere, with any equipment and are designed FOR YOU.

Private Training

  • Trainer focused completely on you
  • All levels: beginning a fitness routine OR An advanced athlete with specific goals
  • Have health issues or special needs
  • Sessions around your schedule
  • Private training can be daily, once a month, for one hour, for 30 minutes-it’s CUSTOMIZED!

Partner Training

  • Want the support of a friend but not necessarily an entire class
  • Think getting in shape together would be fun
  • May be nervous in a class setting
  • Wish to share the cost of a trainer

*Individuals do not have to be in the same shape or have the same fitness goals to benefit.

Small Group Training

  • 3-6 individuals who desire to have "just them" in a class
  • Similar to group fitness classes but offer customizing to that group
  • Most cost-effective way to reap the benefits of a personal trainer

Join one of our existing small group half-hour sessions at Signature of Solon:
Monday - Friday: 8:30 am, 9:00 am, and 9:30 am
Saturday: 7:30 am, 8:30 am, 9:00 am and 9:30 am

Group Fitness

Group Fitness includes indoor and outdoor circuit classes, boot camps and running groups.

Group Fitness is a great option for people who enjoy working out with other people.  Instructors are trained to modify up and down and are always concerned about safety first.  If the class becomes too big for the instructor to do this on her own, then we will add another instructor!
