Small Group Fitness Training
Classes focus on all major muscles, including your heart! TCF instructors are certified in both personal and group fitness, which is a rare combination. It means that the instructors not only know how to make the classes fun and upbeat, but constantly have an eye out for form and can modify exercises immediately for each client. Instructors will use various pieces of equipment and different modalities to keep the classes interesting and to continually challenge each participant. Enjoy circuit training, endurance strength, plyometrics, BOZU training, TRX training, kickboxing, ab and core work, isometrics and more!
TCF has teamed up with Signature of Solon to bring these exciting and very popular small group fitness classes to our clients.
Highlights include:
• Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday sessions
• 30 minute cardio strength training program
• Sessions held at 8:30 am, 9 am and 9:30 am in Signature's Golf Fitness room
• Classes are filled on a first-come/first-serve basis; maximum class size of 5
• Bring your own group of 5 friends and we'll start a class just for YOU!
• $8 per session (when registered)/$10 drop in
