Total Customized Fitness understands that wellness begins in the mind. We are experts in the areas of movement and nutrition and behavior change. We combine the science of wellness with the power of wellbeing to support commitment, confidence and the courage to act boldly and live deeply.

Coaching. Work with a wellness coach in a collaborative, solution-focused, result-oriented and systematic process to unlock your your potential and maximize your own performance. Choose stand alone coaching or combine with training.
Training. Movement is mandatory, exercise is optional. Yep, we said it. All physical fitness and performance goals should be based on functional fitness. Proper form, technique and safety are at the forefront of all sessions. Work with a trainer on a regular basis or review the fundamentals or tweak your program to ensure you are balancing all aspects of movement with your fitness and life goals.
Corporate Wellness. We build corporate wellness programs that complement your company culture and address individuals’ personal goals, challenges and schedules. We adapt programs to suit your needs—fitness, nutrition, training, classes and more—while providing an infrastructure of education, support and accountability.
