Private lesson with the Golf Pro are also available. The lesson can be as basic as you would normally get on the range/course, or you can go a bit deeper and have your swing videotaped and analyzed.
Golf Fitness—Why Do I Need It?
Everyone has swing faults-even the pros. Learn what your swing characteristics are and how to train around those characteristics. Learn how to focus on shoulder, glute and core strength to create stability in your swing. Use the winter to work on balance, flexibility and core strength. Bring an awareness to your X-Factor by practicing stabilizing your lower body while moving your trunk, and vice versa. Increased muscle awareness and strength in the right areas will provide distance and power to your swing.

We train your executives in private or group settings so that they can take advantage of the golf course setting to create meaningful business conversations and friendships.

30 min Physical Screening
This is a functional movement screen designed to determine your physical ability as it relates to your golf swing.
1 Hour Physical Screen and Video Analysis
This is a functional movement screen combined with a video swing analysis designed to determine your physical ability and swing characteristics as they relate to your golf swing.
1 Hour Sessions
This is an individual training session that will include but is not limited to: a physical screen, video swing analysis, a review and suggestions for a golf I fitness program.
3 - 1 Hour Individual Sessions
This is an individual training session (requires at least a 3 hour commitment.) The individual training sessions will include but are not limited to: a physical screen, video swing analysis, a comprehensive review and a personalized golf I fitness program.
3 Hour Group Session, Limit 4 per group
This is a one day 3 hour group session that will consist of a physical screen, video swing analysis, a review and giving recommendations on swing drills and exercises based off of findings for each participant. This session will include lunch and 18 holes of golf.
"8 Weeks to Better Golf" - Limit 4 per group
This session is designed to include all of the above and follow up meetings. We will meet 1 hour per week for 8 weeks. You will be re-evaluated after 4 weeks with all of the above. This session will include range time and fitness training time for each participant. This is an exclusive program designed for golfers who are serious about improving their game.
We don't believe there is one way to swing a club; we believe there are an infinite number of ways to swing a club. But we do believe that there is one efficient way for all golfers to swing a club and it is based on what they can physically do.
